We exist for one purpose: To become a group of people that are transforming our community. Crosspoint is all about helping people who have no church home find a place they can call "home." All of us come to different places in our lives when difficult questions are asked and decisions must be made: Whom do I marry? What career path do I choose? How do I raise my kids to be responsible? Why am I on this earth? What does eternity hold for me? We call these questions “Crosspoints” in our lives, points we come to in life when the decisions we make will change our entire future. What if you could find a place where many of those kinds of questions are raised and discussed authentically on a regular basis? What if you could find a place where other people are also arriving at “Crosspoints” in their lives and you can join them in a cooperative journey through this thing called life? What if you could actually find a place where you not only team with others on this journey called life, but you actually find your purpose for living, both in this life and for all of eternity after this life? Does such a place sound too far-fetched? I suppose for most it might, but we think we have discovered a place where those questions are affirmed each and every week! That place is Crosspoint Community Church. While we are at the Crosspoint of Johnston County, making it easy for anyone to find us quickly, we are really much more. We are on a quest to help singles, parents, children, teens and anyone else to find answers for life’s “Crosspoints.” While we are absolutely convinced that Jesus is the solution to life’s “Crosspoints,” we don’t present that as a pat answer. Rather, we grapple with real life issues and explore the answers that God provides in a context where it is safe to be real with one another. We understand that finding this kind of place is very rare indeed, but that is what we envision at Crosspoint. Come and see for yourself, you’ll be glad you did!
