Small Group Ministry

Our Small Group ministry, otherwise known at Crosspoint as “Neighborhood Groups,” is a pivotal part of our overall ministry as a church. As people learn to live and love in the context of “Biblical Christian Community” we will then be able to experience transformation together.

What are Neighborhood Groups?

We determined from our first day of existence that we would be a church OF small groups, which simply means all that we do as a church comes from the context of a small group of people meeting in a home in our community throughout the week. Neighborhood small groups are the “point” of all that we do at Crosspoint. Everything that we do as a church family revolves around what happens in our Neighborhood Groups throughout the week as we develop Biblical Christian Community together. You could visualize it as the axle from which all the spokes of the ministry generate.

In our Groups, singles and families are warmly welcomed into living rooms all across the county for the purpose of addressing the “Crosspoints” that we face on a daily basis. We foster an atmosphere of open and relaxed discussion around a Bible theme related to the Sunday morning message. Entire families are welcome; bring the kids and teens! We have designed a meeting for everyone. While the adults and older teens meet in one room of the house, the children are in another learning how to live this thing called the Christian life. We also share about successes and failures that we all face routinely and then spend time praying with each other and for each other as we continue the journey. Feel free to call our church office or check out the link below for a location of a Neighborhood Group nearest to your home at a time convenient to your schedule.
