Do you ever feel like church is the last place you can be honest about the way you see the world? Has the thought ever crossed your mind, “I can’t say what I really think because people at church won’t understand and they will be offended.” We understand that feeling. We’ve been there and it is the main reason ENGAGE was created. At ENGAGE we take the world on, one issue at at time. We grapple with real life, not the shallow stuff that usually gets talked about at church. At ENGAGE, you have a voice and we all want to hear it! ENGAGE is designed for those between the ages of 18 up to 30. We understand the world is changing rapidly and our only options are run from the world and hide, embrace the world and become just like it, or ENGAGE the world with solid answers for real issues. We prefer that last course. Join us for our monthly meeting (3rd Sunday night of each month from 7:30-9:00pm) at the Crosspoint Office Complex (3174 HWY 70W, Smithfield) where we tackle the real stuff of life and get honest with God.
